WHY DID YOU BECOME A HUMANITARIAN WORKER OR VOLUNTEER? 

I became a humanitarian worker because I wanted to help the people of the Marshall Islands, especially whenever they are in need of aid. 

WHAT'S THE MOST REWARDING PART OF YOUR WORK?

The most rewarding part of my work is being able to see the outcome of aid being delivered to the beneficiaries. Seeing the happy and smiley faces of the beneficiaries whenever they received humanitarian aid. 

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE MORE CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF YOUR WORK?

Working with different age groups. 

TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE WORK YOU DO? 

Maintaining the relief prepositioned supplies in the warehouse. Coordinating with Government agencies/entities in terms of preparation for future events. (i.e. if a devastating disaster hits, what roles/responsibilities everyone has in their departments?). Field-Testing the prepositioned relief supplies in the warehouse. 

WHAT IS THE MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT YOU’VE EXPERIENCED DURING YOUR WORK? 

The most memorable moment I’ve experienced during my work, is the first time I witnessed the relief in the faces of the beneficiaries when they received the aid during the RMI Drought Response 2013 – 2014.
